Rules and safety
Dojo Mentoring is for ages 18 and up.
Sensei share their experience as a community exchange, without guarantee. You are responsible yourself for decisions in your company.
- Dojo Mentoring is free. Nobody sells courses, consulting, jobs or other offers.
- Anyone who sells something, asks for payment or pushes you to another platform during mentoring violates the rules. Report it in your account.
- Do not share credentials, customer data, payments or confidential information. Use test data.
- Respectful behaviour is mandatory. Participation ends after boundary violations.
- Either side can end mentoring at any time. No certificate is issued when mentoring is ended early.
- Contact details are shared only after acceptance.
- Mentees do not pick a person. The site assigns fairly, first to Sensei with the fewest current mentees. Sensei may decline without a reason, the request then goes to the next matching person.
- Sensei set in their profile how much time they commit, from 30 minutes per week to by arrangement. If nobody matches right now, the request lands on the waitlist and is assigned automatically once someone matches.
- Sensei choose their capacity of 1 to 8 mentees in their profile and can pause accepting new mentees at any time. Active mentorings continue unchanged during a pause.
- Use contact details you receive after acceptance only for this mentoring. Do not pass them on, do not use them for advertising, and delete them after it ends.
If something is wrong
Report it in your account with "Report" or write to mentoring@ppugs.ch. Reply within two working days, confidential.
In acute danger or if you are threatened, contact the police immediately (Switzerland 117, Germany 110, Austria 133, EU 112) and report the case in your account afterwards.
After two reports from different people, a profile is temporarily hidden. Marcel then decides on the next step.
Sensei are not pre-checked.
