Final project and your next step
You finish your solution, document it on one page, show it to someone and decide about certification.

2 Practise: Final project
You do the exercise on a computer. If you are reading on your phone, take your progress along.
- Finish the equipment lending solution or build the same building blocks for your own example: app, approval flow, reminder, optionally an agent.
- Write one page of documentation: purpose, data source, who may do what, what happens on an error, who owns the solution.
- Give a second person co-ownership of the flow so the solution doesn't depend on you.
- Show the solution in 5 minutes: to your mentor, your team or in a community call.
- Get your completion confirmation on the completion page.
If you get stuck
- You do not know what goes into the documentation: use the template below and write two or three sentences for each heading.
Template for the documentation
Purpose: which problem does the solution solve, and for whom? Data source: which list is it, where is it, who has access? Who may do what: who adds entries, who approves, who changes the app? When something goes wrong: what does the flow do on an error, who gets the email? Ownership: who owns the app and the flow, who is the second owner?
Done when a second person co-owns the flow, the documentation fits on one page and you have shown the solution to someone.
If nobody is available right now: show the solution in an online meeting of the user group, or record a 5-minute video and send it to someone. Anyone from your team can co-own the flow; they do not have to change anything.

Why give a second person co-ownership of the flow?
So the flow keeps running and someone can change it if you are away or leave the company.
From week 6: what do you do when the agent answers a question wrongly?
Check whether the answer is in your knowledge source, add to the page or sharpen the instructions, and ask the same question again.
